Albrite Building of Westmont completed renovations last month for a commercial building at 1660 Feehanville Drive in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The renovations included updating the lobby with new wallpaper and painting the walls and wood panels. A darker stain was used on the wood panels for more contrast in the lobby. To showcase the bright and open decor, a new glass wall partition was added on the 2nd floor by the elevator overlooking the lobby to maximize natural light in the building. From several commercial remodeling projects, to a custom built home in Hinsdale, 2016 was a good year. Car Dealerships Remodeling We would like to showcase one of our car dealership remodeling projects completed in 2016. Albrite Building was contracted by the ACURA dealership in Elmhurst to completely renovate their showroom, administration area, service writers area and cafe. And a new car delivery and a full-service car wash were added to the existing building. There were approximately 20,000 square feet of renovations. 11,000 square feet was remodeling the showroom, administration area, cafe area and new car delivery. 7,500 square feet remodeling the service area and a 1,200 square feet car wash remodel.
