Albrite Building: 2016 a Year in Review. If 2016 had a theme at Albrite Building, it would be growth. From several commercial remodeling projects, to a custom built home in Hinsdale, 2016 was a good year.   Car Dealerships Remodeling We would like to showcase one of our car dealership remodeling projects completed in 2016. Albrite Building was contracted by the ACURA dealership in Elmhurst to completely renovate their showroom, administration area, service writers area and cafe. And a new car delivery and a full-service car wash were added to the existing building.
