This was a 20,000 square foot office space at 800 Jorie that included a full interior and partial exterior renovation.
The project included complete demolition, new walls, upgraded electrical and HVAC with new RTUs, glazing, millwork, epoxy flooring, warehouse overhead doors, walk-in cooler, soundproof phone booths, and new exterior walkways.
Challenges such as required fireproofing, upgraded glass thickness, moisture issue in flooring, coordination with kitchen and cooler installers, and long electrical lead times were resolved efficiently.
The finished space is modern, functional, and ready for high-performance office operations.
