Albrite Building: 2016 a Year in Review. If 2016 had a theme at Albrite Building, it would be growth. From several commercial remodeling projects, to a custom built home in Hinsdale, 2016 was a good year.
Car Dealerships Remodeling
We would like to showcase one of our car dealership remodeling projects completed in 2016. Albrite Building was contracted by the ACURA dealership in Elmhurst to completely renovate their showroom, administration area, service writers area and cafe. And a new car delivery and a full-service car wash were added to the existing building.
There were approximately 20,000 square feet of renovations. 11,000 square feet was remodeling the showroom, administration area, cafe area and new car delivery. 7,500 square feet remodeling the service area and a 1,200 square feet car wash remodel.
An Acura branded showroom and service writers area were fully remodeled, showcasing state-of-the-art elements throughout the entire showroom and service writers area. There is a backlit faux skylight, fully tiled accent wall, 3-sided glass consultation rooms, hanging pendant lighting, custom fabricated metal louver banding and millwork, plus elaborate flooring with imported tile. Albrite Building also constructed a new car delivery area and full-service car wash that were added to the present building.
Hinsdale Custom Built Home
Albrite Building completed new construction of a 4,796 square foot home at 635 Quincy in Hinsdale, Illinois. The amazing architecture and custom detailing make this gorgeous new home special. The kitchen offers commercial grade appliances, an island work space, and marble counter tops. Hardwood flooring, oversized base molding, three fireplaces, exquisite bathrooms and a second floor laundry room add to the beauty and convenience of this home. The lower level is completely finished with engineered hardwood, kitchenette, bedroom and full bath, making entertaining a breeze. A brick paver patio grace the front and back, plus the concrete driveway and sprinkler system are an added bonus.
