Albrite successfully transformed a 124,000 square foot warehouse at 2175 Davey Road into a clean, modern white box space on a tight deadline. 

The project included complete demolition of outdated offices and interior partitions, installation of over 28,000 square feet of new flooring, and a full repaint of both the office and warehouse areas. 

One of the biggest challenges was the oil-coated ceiling throughout the warehouse; our crew developed an effective cleaning and prep solution that allowed for a flawless finish. 

The project consisted of application of a durable epoxy covering more than 100,000 square feet of warehouse flooring, leaving the space bright, functional, and ready for its next tenant.
