Albrite completed a full interior renovation of Suite 102 at 1 Oak Hill where the space was converted into a modern medical office.

The scope of work included demolishing existing walls to create a new layout and installing updated millwork, flooring, ADA-compliant finishes, and new doors and frames.

Our team also built a redesigned Nursing Station and Reception area, coordinating closely with carpenters, millworkers, and electricians to construct the custom reception desk. The project was finished on schedule and within budget, resulting in a clean, functional, and patient-ready medical office.
