Albrite Building completed a full interior renovation of the common areas at Acacia Lane Apartments, a six-story residential building in Indian Head Park, Illinois. The project included upgrades throughout the building’s corridors, main lobby, elevator areas, stairwells, laundry facilities, and shared spaces. Improvements consisted of new flooring, updated ceiling tiles, interior painting, modern LED lighting, emergency lighting, and refreshed doors and architectural finishes. Working within an occupied residential property, our team coordinated construction activities to minimize disruption to residents while maintaining access to essential building areas.
The completed renovation brings a fresh, clean appearance to the property, creating brighter, more welcoming common spaces while improving durability, functionality, and the overall resident experience.
