At 1 OBT – Suite 600, Albrite completed a full interior renovation to transform the space into a modern, functional workplace. 

The scope included the demolition of existing offices and ceilings, followed by the construction of new private offices, conference rooms, and a lunchroom. The project was completed within an active office building, requiring careful coordination to control noise and dust while minimizing disruption to nearby tenants. 

A unique logistical challenge involved transporting two vehicles to the sixth floor, which was successfully executed through detailed planning and coordination. At the end we delivered a refreshed,
efficient environment designed to support daily operations and future growth.
