1745 Lake Street in Elmhurst consisted of a full expansion and renovation including a new car wash, car-delivery addition, and an updated showroom. 

The work involved demolishing outdated showroom ceilings, constructing new foundations and additions, updating all interior finishes, flooring, and partitions. 

Our team also built new offices, a customer waiting area, and two new restrooms. Close coordination with the concrete contractor and car-wash equipment suppliers was essential to keep the project on schedule. 

The final result was a fully upgraded dealership featuring a refreshed showroom, a new car wash, and dedicated delivery spaces that enhanced both customer experience and dealership operations.
