229 W. Ogden Avenue was a full design-build office renovation that transformed an outdated, non-compliant building into Albrite’s new modern headquarters. 

The project included complete interior demolition, installation of new commercial windows, construction of private offices, updated restrooms, new mechanical and electrical systems, and a refreshed exterior façade. Once walls and concrete were opened, numerous hidden issues surfaced including out-of-code plumbing, rusted support columns, deteriorated piping, and unsafe electrical work from decades of piecemeal additions. 

Our team resolved building violations and
ensured full compliance with city code requirements. The result is a polished, efficient, and professional workspace built for long-term growth and daily operations.
