At Tower Crossing Shopping Center, Albrite served as a general contractor for this full exterior remodel which transformed an outdated façade into a modern, inviting retail environment. 

The work included new roofing, wall paneling, dormer windows, soffit, fascia, trim, exterior lighting, and updated paint throughout. Site improvements featured new storm sewers, concrete sidewalks, asphalt, brick paver walkways, stone-enhanced columns, and refreshed landscaping. 

Even with a detailed and complex scope, construction and coordination ran smoothly, resulting in a refined, updated, and welcoming shopping center.
